Emerald City Performing Arts

Emerald City Performing Arts (ECPA) provides high-quality performing arts training for young artists throughout Bellevue, Seattle, and the surrounding communities.

Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where students can grow as performers, build meaningful connections, and develop the confidence to thrive both on and off the stage. ECPA offers musical theatre productions, recreational classes, youth ensemble opportunities, an audition-based performance company, and individualized artistic development.

Students receive training in acting, singing, dance, musical theatre, character development, audition preparation, and performance technique. Private and small-group coaching is also available for solos, duos, trios, competition routines, college auditions, and other individual artistic goals.

Our production programs give young performers the opportunity to participate in a complete theatrical experience—from rehearsals and character development to technical rehearsals and fully staged performances. Select programs are enrollment-based, meaning every registered student is included in the production, while our Company program offers advanced training and additional opportunities to perform at competitions, festivals, and community events.

At ECPA, training extends far beyond performance technique. Through collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on artistic experiences, students develop creativity, discipline, resilience, leadership, and teamwork. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive community where every student feels seen, valued, challenged, and encouraged.

Programs are available for PreK-12th grade and all experience levels, from young performers taking their first steps onstage to experienced students preparing for advanced performance opportunities.

Financial assistance is available because we believe financial circumstances should not prevent a young artist from accessing meaningful performing arts education.
